How can we be so impersonal when we are made in the image of a God who is so personal.. The one thing that disturbs me more than anything else about the kind of Christianity we see today in the twentieth century is its superficiality.

Well, the previous post was NOT a random one. ‘Coz when I was spring cleaning the house I went through all, YES ALL, of Dad’s cassettes. And yea, he does have a MASSIVE collection.
So, I made him go through all of it and pick the ones which he has replaced them with the cd version of the album so we could dispose of them. I was quite proud of myself that I could actually name and sing most of the songs =) (a lot were Oldies).
The list of artists ranged from Paul Young to Billy Joel.. from Westlife to Loius Armstrong. We indeed have a very varied taste in music. After all was done, I made him (must disturb a bit mah) sit down and pick his favourite song from each cassette so that I could download it for him since he actually has an iPod !! =)
The good ol’ cassettes..
Thank God for ‘em..
Don’t think we would’ve gone from from them to cd’s and now to mp3’s and iPods !!

On the way to klpac, my godsister (Sarah),9 and godbrother (Jon),7 were bored in the car so Rebekah (sister) and I decided to play with them some good ol' fashioned "I spy with my little eye something begining with.... ". We said that the "word" had to be only things IN the car.

Me : "Rebekah" !!
Sarah : Correct.
Me : Jon, it's your turn..
Jon : I spy with my little eye something beginning with "H"
Me : Handbag, Handphone, Hand !!
Jon : Nope..
Rebekah : House..
Sarah : *gives Rebekah a look* Is there a house IN the car ?
*everyone laughs*
Sarah : Handle..
Jon : Yes !! --- ok.. Ko, your turn..
Me : I spy with my little eye something beginning with "M"
Jon : *swiftly answered* Mr. Joel, Ms, Sarah, Mr. Jonathan, Ms. Rebekah, Ms. Suan Sim ?
